By accessing or using Fayce (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fayce is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create short-form video content using digital avatars. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, synthesize voices, and render videos automatically.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Fayce. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
• Impersonate real people without their consent using the avatar technology
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract models or data from the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, photos, scripts). By uploading content, you grant Fayce a non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service. Videos generated using AI avatars and scripts belong to you, subject to third-party service terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failed video generations due to AI service outages may be credited at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party AI services that may experience outages. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by external service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fayce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

• Account data: Email address, password (hashed), subscription status
• Content: Videos you upload, scripts you generate, avatar configurations
• Usage data: Features used, videos generated, login timestamps
• Billing data: Subscription plan — payment details are handled exclusively by our payment processor and never stored on our servers

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process your video generation requests via third-party AI services
• To send transactional emails (video ready notifications, billing receipts)
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with third-party services required to operate the platform (see Third-Party Services section below). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored for up to 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security
